Hi, I'm Ashley B. Harrison.

Thanks for visiting. I'm based in Seattle and spend most of my time around Puget Sound - hence, 'Seen by the Sound'!My work spans wildlife photography, event photos, portraits of families, friends, and meaningful relationships, and chronicling my travels.I've been taking photos for over 20 years, gradually moving from film to digital, point and shoot to dSLR and finally telephoto. I consider myself a perpetual learner, and I keep coming back to photography day after day and year after year.I love taking all forms of group and family portraits, especially anything that highlights your most meaningful connections. I believe portait photography should dignify its subjects and honor the connections between people.
